MAV is seeking an inspiring new CEO

Is this you? Are you an influencer, a strategic leader with the proven capacity to lead sector transformation around cultural equity, safety and justice? Do you have a passion for diversity in the arts and can you mobilise a dedicated team to challenge systems of cultural production? Can you build the resources, alliances and capability to achieve bold and ambitious plans for a new arts ecology?

In being a member of Multicultural Arts Victoria (MAV) you will be supporting the valuable work of the organisation as Victoria’s leading arts organisation embracing cultural diversity.

Membership entitles you to voting rights at the Annual General Meeting with occasional opportunities to assist in determining the policy direction of the organisation through our consultations.

Visionary couple bequeaths a significant gift to Australia’s preeminent multicultural arts organisation in recognition of its vital work.

Multicultural Arts Victoria acknowledges the generosity of Beverly Shelton and her late husband Martin Schonthal whose bequests support numerous young and emerging artists from refugees backgrounds to forward their artistic careers in Australia.
